Oversees the daily construction activities at a work site.
Duties:
- Responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials.
- Work with subcontractors to complete project within the given budget and time frame. Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes.
Requirements:
- Requires minimum of three years of experience.
- Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.
- Experience in handling federal government work is a plus.
- Construction Quality Management certificate holder is preferred.
